Weight Loss & New Floors...

The weight loss is going okay. So far I've lost 5.2 lbs! :) I'm excited about that but just want to lose more.

Back at the end of September we had our floors redone. If you remember back in March, Jamie and I entered a contest to win patio furniture and flooring. Well, we won and we got our patio furniture and we've had it for a while. But the floor people weren't really wanting to work with us so it took us till about the first of September to even get the tile that we'd ordered back in May! Anyhow we are finally finished and here is the finished product. I have a picture where you can kind of see the bathroom floor before (it was black tile). Now it's white tile in the bathroom and kind of brownish tile in the kitchen...Enjoy! :)

Before...

After...

So...here's what I've done...

I've joined a site... And it's to lose weight... www.sparkpeople.com It's FREE though...It's a website that you can put in everything you eat (I haven't gotten that down pat just from not being use to writing it down), you can also track any exercise you've done, and you can also find cool articles. It's a really cool website. My name on there is MrsKasi so if you join (and you should if you're looking to lose weight) then put my name in the reference...

AND about the contest I posted that we'd entered last Tuesday. Well, if you voted for us...THANKS!!! Cause we WON!!! So we won a grand prize of $2,000! I'm excited, can you tell? haha...

Enough of my rambling. I'm excited about losing weight, winning the contest and next week this time I'll be at the beach on vacation. And have you ever had Rita's??? It's an italian ice place and it is so good. www.ritasice.com to find one near you. Okay I'm done promoting places...haha...Check them all out!

VOTE FOR US!!

If you are reading this before April 5th I'd like to ask you to do me a favor. Please take a small amount of time to go and vote for us in a contest. And then tell everyone you know to vote for us too...Anyhow, Jamie (my husband) and I entered a contest on 102.9 (a radio station around here) where we sent in a picture in of something that needed to be done around our house. If we win this contest then we'll get $2,000 for that project. So we entered a picture of our patio. In case you haven't seen pictures we have the flooring of what should be a patio but not roof or furniture. Anyhow, if you will please just follow these simple directions and vote for us...THANK YOU!!!
