The last post.........

of 2009, what did you think I was going to say, forever? haha. So overall this year has been okay. It hasn't been the greatest but it hasn't be the worst so I'm not going to complain. Just wanted to post a blog saying Farwell 2009 and Welcome 2010!!!

BTW, do we say 2,010 or do we say 2010???? Because in 1999 we said 1999 not 1,999!!! Ponder that.

1. Good times: make great memories.
2. Welcome to my home.
3. Sleigh bells ring and children sing.
4. Laugh a little.
5. Once more please.

Like my new signature?! I decided to create it tonight after going to someone else's blog and they had one. I think it's cute so you should too! haha And just show you know it's said like Casey Lou...

Fireproof by Eric Wilson

I started this book on 12/02/2009. I finished this book on 12/07/2009.

I really enjoyed this book once I got into it. The first few chapters were a bit dragging for me but after that it really picked up. I would have liked to have read the book before I saw the movie but sometimes it just goes the other way around.

The year is almost over and I've met my goal of 50 books for 2009 but I just like to read so no stopping any time soon.

A few things I want for Christmas...

It's Christmas time and that means the "wants" of everyone comes out full force. When everyone started asking me what I wanted I couldn't think of anything but the more I think about things the more I find I want! haha. Anyone else have this problem? Anyhow, these are just a few things that I want for Christmas...

A crayon maker! If you know me then I love to color and I wish they had of had this toy when I was little. But I want it now even still, and yes I'm 26! :)

A new cell phone. We currently have a contract so therefore I can't just go get a phone but ATT does have go phones and this is one of those. Ahhh...a full keyboard (never had one of those on a phone).

Rock What You Got by Superchick CD...I received one of their other cd's for Christmas last year and they are awesome!

Those are just a few of the items that I want for Christmas, my needs now are completely different! haha...Merry Christmas everyone!

This was a hard book for me to get into. I guess I just wasn't feeling it. But in the end I'm glad I waited it out and kept reading. It was a pretty good book with alot of details. Loved the ending! I ended up giving it a two star because it was okay.

Weight Loss...

Today was weigh in day and I've lost a total of 10.2 lbs since September 13th. It doesn't sound like much in two months but to me it's alot...And I'm really excited about it. Makes me want to keep doing Weight Watchers. Anyhow just thought I'd share that wonderful news...Or what I think is wonderful news...

Coupons...and a few other things...

So here recently I saw one of my friends on Facebook post something about figuring out coupons. AND I was wondering if anyone had any coupon sites that they'd like to share?

Also I'm not Twilight Obsessed as some people are (not that I'm judging) but my husband thinks I am. And really I just think Robert Pattinson is HOT! What's wrong with that? I told him today I could be so much worse with that movie. He said I don't understand why people like it. So then I had to explain why everyone likes it. MEN! (Gotta love em)

My dad preached an awesome sermon on Sunday (not that he doesn't do good every week) but this Sunday it was about needs. And his main statement throughout the whole sermon was - 'If you're down to nothing, then God's up to something.' How right is that. I felt like he was preaching right to me because last week it was a battle.

First it was cold and then rainy. Well, where our crawl space is for our house flooded so the heat started messing up. Then once Jamie and his friend, Justin, got all the water out we went to turn our heat back on and it smelled so bad like something burning. We changed the filter but it still smelled. So today we had someone come out and look at it and found the problem. Now it doesn't stink. But we'll need a new heating system very soon. Whew...But I know God will provide so I'm not going to stress or worry over it.

Alright, enough rambling...Now I'm going to bed...don't forget to leave comments and let me know some coupon sites! :)

Eve's Daughters by Lynn Austin

So about a week ago I was complaining that I didn't know what book to read but I really just wanted a GOOD book...Well, I found it...Read below! :)

I started this book on 11/07/2009. I finished this book on 11/11/2009.

This book got five stars from me which is a major thing. All I can say about book (well, not really all I can say) is WOW!! It was amazing. My favorite part was Emma's story. Okay now let's go back some, this book was about 3 women, (Grandmother, Mother, Daughter) and their stories plus the story of their Great-Grandmother. It was about how when a lie was exposed everything started making sense and people started to understand. I love how the author did push God on you she just let the characters speak through the story about their faith. The part about the daughter needing to know that her mom and dad were proud of her hit home big time, as in that's something I fear is my parents won't be proud of me. I can't wait to see what her next book is about!

What to read...

I know it's unbelievable but I actually haven't had a book to read since Thursday so that's two days without a book. It's not that I don't want to read it's just I don't know what to read. So what do I read? If you have any suggestions please let me know.

On to other things...Jamie and I have been married two years! WOW I can't believe it's been that long. It feels like just yesterday I was walking down the aisle to him. Oh how I love him. To celebrate we are going to a cabin in Sparta thanks to some friends of our family, Susan and Randy. Sparta is about an hour away so we're going to leave tomorrow after church and go up there till sometime on Tuesday. I'm so excited.

I'm also excited that tonight Jamie and I are going to Charlotte to eat at a resturant called Pie Town. We've ate there before, so we knows it's really good, but the chef/owner of the resturant also is an author that Jamie likes and tonight they are having a book release party. I'm excited because he's excited.

Why is it that the leaves changing colors on the trees are so pretty but then when they fall on the ground they aren't so pretty anymore? haha

Off to try to find a book to read...Thanks for reading my blog...leave a comment and tell me what book I should read...

Boy In The Striped Pajamas by John Boyne

I started reading this book on 10/29/2009. I finished this book on 11/03/2009.

I really liked this book. I would have liked to see more conversation between Bruno and Shmeul but overall it was pretty good. The ending wasn't what I thought it would but and I didn't like the ending. Or wait, the ending was okay but it was sad. I had wondered at one point if Shmeul wouldn't talk Bruno into trading places with him but the ending wasn't that it was something much sadder. Overall a three star book. I can't wait to see the movie.

Woohoo, met my goal of 50 books for 2009 and still have 2 months left...Now onto the next book...

Weight Loss & New Floors...

The weight loss is going okay. So far I've lost 5.2 lbs! :) I'm excited about that but just want to lose more.

Back at the end of September we had our floors redone. If you remember back in March, Jamie and I entered a contest to win patio furniture and flooring. Well, we won and we got our patio furniture and we've had it for a while. But the floor people weren't really wanting to work with us so it took us till about the first of September to even get the tile that we'd ordered back in May! Anyhow we are finally finished and here is the finished product. I have a picture where you can kind of see the bathroom floor before (it was black tile). Now it's white tile in the bathroom and kind of brownish tile in the kitchen...Enjoy! :)

Before...

Cold Fire by Dean R. Koontz

I started this book on 10/12/2009. I finished this book on 10/29/2009.

It was a pretty good book. My edition was extremely long because it was large print but it's what the library had so I took it. Anyhow, it was a book of twist but not to many that you got lost. I would have liked more twist. So I gave it a 3 star...
Now on to book 50!! :) If I finish this next book, and I have a strong feeling I will, by the end of the year then I'll have reached my goal! :)

Speak by Laurie Halse Anderson

I started this book on 10/07/2009. I finished this book on 10/11/2009.

I think I read this book in high school. It was enjoyable but it was definately a young adult book. I felt so sorry for Melinda through-out the whole book. I can't say I understand what she went through and hopefully I'll never be able to say I understand it. Maybe girls in high school that have gone through what Melinda went through would like and feel with the book more then girls that haven't. Overall it was a 3 star for me. I couldn't really put it down but it wasn't the best book I've ever read before. BUT I did enjoy the ending, which is rare that I can say that about books.

Only two more books and I'll reach my goal of 50 books for the year of 2009!!! :)

Brink of Death by Brandilyn Collins

I started this book on 09/30/2009. I finished this book on 10/07/2009.

This book was really good. It kept me guessing through the whole book. Wasn't as many twist and turns as other books I'd read but still there were some. I felt sorry for Annie and Stephan. I couldn't imagine being like that with my mom. And then Erin seeing what she saw. Can't wait to read the next book in this series. Gave this book 3.5 stars!

Now on to book #48 which is Speak by Laurie Halse Anderson...I recorded the movie for this book so I can't wait to compare the two...AND only two more books till I reach my goal of 50 books for the year of 2009! But don't worry I won't stop reading once I reach 50 books! haha

Broken Hearts by R.L. Stine

Another R.L. Stine book. I remembered parts of it but some of it was a surprise to me. I love reading his books now because they are an easy read for me. And sometimes and easy read is just what I need after reading a deep book. It was okay so I gave it a two star.

Now I'm reading Brink of Death by Brandilyn Collins...Hope it's good...

The Shack by William P. Young

This was a weird book for me. I'm a preacher's kid and was raised southern baptist. I've always said I was southern baptist to my core. But I have my beliefs and I have different reasons why I believe what I believe. Some of the book was okay and then some parts I was just like this is crazy. I thought it was inspirational in the way that it tried to get you to think but other then that it wasn't my type of book. I was definately ready to finish it. And I did like the ending pretty good (which I can't say about many books). Overall this book was just okay for me so I rated it two stars.
Next book please... :)

April Shadows by VC Andrews

This book was pretty good. I have read it before as I've read alot of V.C. Andrews' books before I just didn't remember reading this one. But every page reminded me of what was going to happen. I plan on reading the next book in the series but not right now. Cause I'm pretty sure I've read it before too.

Next is book #45...But what book should that be? I'm having a hard time deciding...I wanna read a really good book...We shall see...

Beach House by R.L. Stine

Next is book #44!!

Second Glance by Jodi Picoult

This book was kind of weird for me. I enjoyed it but it was not my favorite of Picoult's. I enjoyed the in depth details and all the twist that it took. And although it's not my favorite of Picoult's, I still love her books. Can't wait to read the next one...

Now on to book 43!

Weight Loss....

Well, a while back I was doing the weight loss thing and I was trying to use Sparkpeople.com. That didn't work for me. I hated having to count the calories and all. Anyhow, Jamie had done Weight Watchers before and he lost 50 lbs. But he'd been off of it for a while so we decided that we'd do it together. So on Sunday night we joined Weight Watchers for at least 4 months (that's the package). My weigh in days are on Thursdays so I weighed on Sunday night and then again on Thursday morning. I'd lost 4 lbs! I was so happy and so surprised. I know I'll not always lose and I know I will not always lose that much even if I do lose but I still hope it's a good start. So, happy weight lossing!

Medical Issues...

Well, I'm still seeing spots. I went to the neurologist on Wednesday and he thinks that I'm just having migraines. And I've gotten use to the pain. He asked me how often I had a headaches. I said pretty much everyday I have a headache. It's usually on my left side which is where my vision has been bothering me. SO, the doctor sent me to get an MRI this morning and then I go back to see him on October 14th. He also put me on blood pressure meds hoping that they will prevent my headaches. He wants to try to prevent them instead of stopping them after they start. I'm all for that. He said that hopefully my headaches would go from being everyday to once or twice a week. I sure hope so. I know God will see me through this. And I'm thankful for all the prayers.

Go Ask Alice by Anonymous

This was a very graphic book. I'm not sure it's really a young adult book. Or it shouldn't be I guess is what I mean. It has a lot of language and details that I would have been shocked at if I read it when I was younger. It was also depressing in a way because I've never dealt personally with anyone who's been through any of this or anything like that. I would recommend it to anyone who was thinking of experimenting with drugs. I gave it two stars.

The Wrong Number by R.L. Stine

I love re-reading these books as just a small and quick read. I think it's funny how I can read it and remember loving these books when I was younger. They are still good but I'm just older now.

This is book #41!

Dread Champion by Brandilyn Collins

This was a pretty good book. It was the sequel to Eyes of Elisha (that I read back in July). I liked the first book better but this was a wonderful book too. I loved the drama between Kerra and Brett. Overall it was a pretty good book. I can't wait to read more of Brandilyn Collins books.
Now to book #40!! Only 10 away from my goal of 50 for the year...I think I can make it...hopefully.

Randomness...

Just decided to do a random post...

I love the weekends...Saturday's the most just because I don't have to do anything.

How can some people not work but yet still have the $$ to go out and buy stuff? I don't understand. Jamie and I work hard to have what we have and still don't get everything we want. Ya know?!

I'm a nerd...there I said it...Just like some people are jocks, I'm a nerd. If I could read or sit at a computer all day I would.

Speaking of sitting at a computer and reading all day, I'm also a hermit! haha...I love being at home. I'm a person who loves the indoors, just like some people like the outdoors.

I can't wait till winter, yes you read that right. I love winter, hope it snows this winter and alot!

Back in April or May I was losing sight in my left eye and I've started seeing spots again. I'm going to a neurologist on September 9th so we'll see. Keep me in your prayers please!

That's enough random facts for today...hope you enjoyed...

The Rich Girl by R.L. Stine

Yes, going back to my teenage years. I use to love R.L. Stine and I really wanted something light and easy to read and this was definately it. I read it all in 1 day! I loved it when I was a teen but now it was predictable. I still liked it though. And I'll read more of his books when I want something light and easy. I gave this 2 stars.

Now on to book 39!!

Hold Tight by Harlan Coben

I loved this book. All of the twist and turns that it took were great. Especially the last twist that it took. I would recommend this book to anyone who likes a good book that has twist. This is probably one of my favorite books I've read this year! I have this book 5 stars!!

Perfect Match by Jodi Picoult

I started reading this book on 07/18/2009. I finished reading this book on 08/06/2009.

Whew...I'm so glad I finished this book. For some reason I just couldn't get into it at first. So it took me almost a whole month to read it. But I got through it and I'm so glad I did. I loved the ending in the book and I can't say that about many books. It's not my favorite Picoult book but it was still good.

Now on to book 37!!

The Power of a Praying Wife by Stormie Omartian

I loved this book as a devotional. I would recommend it to anyone who is a wife or who is going to be a wife soon. Made me realize some of the things that I do and some things I should do. Like pray more for my husband!

The Glass Castle by Jeannette Walls

I started this book on 07/12/2009. I finished this book on 07/18/2009.

Poor children. I knew I had a really good childhood before but this book makes me so thankful for everything I had down to the shoes my grandma would buy me. I don't understand how parents can neglect a child so much. If you are going to neglect your children then you shouldn't have any. I wish there had been more about Mauren in the book but other then that it was really good. I gave this book a 4 star.

The True Story of the Three Little Pigs

Yes this is a children's book but if you haven't read it you really need to. It's a cute and funny version of the Three Little Pigs as told by A.Wolf. So funny. My 4 and 5 year olds love this book!

Me & Emma by Elizabeth Flock

I started reading this book on 07/07/2009. I finished this book on 07/12/2009.

This book was kind of weird for me. I didn't really get into it till about 100 pages in. I usually don't give a book that long but I did this one. The twist that was close to the end was kind of crazy but in a good way. Overall I rated this book a 2 star.

Gone for a while...

I won't be on the computer as much for the next 3 weeks. My laptop (yes the one that I got back in March) has messed up again. So the only time I'll be on is here and there on the desktop. My laptop messed up a month ago and they gave me a new hard-drive. Well, they didn't give me a hard drive I have a warranty thanks to my mother-in-law, Cindy, on my computer. So they fixed that and then I got it back and it started going to a blue screen all the time while I was in the middle of doing stuff. So Jamie and I took it back up there last night and they said that the motherboard was messed up. And that was probably what was wrong with it when they switched my hard drive. So, anyhow, we'll see. But I do know I'll probably be having withdrawls. Will post soon.

Eyes of Elisha by Brandilyn Collins

I really wanted to finish this book last night but my eyes just wouldn't stay open any longer. I loved this book. As you know if you've read other reviews on the books I've read then you know I'm very picky with my 4 and 5 star books. This is a 5 star. I wasn't sure when I picked it up at the library if I was going to like it but I was sucked into the book as soon as I read the first page. Gotta love when books do that. I loved all the characters and the stories they told. I also loved God having a part in the story. Wonderful!

Now on to book 32!

The Woods by Harlan Coben

This book was really hard for me to get into. I'm not sure why but I just couldn't get into it. But I wouldn't let myself put it down. Once I got into it a little bit it was pretty good. I'm glad I didn't stop reading it but it wasn't one of my favorite Coben books. It had me guessing the whole time as to who did what and when.

Now on to book number 31!!!

Since reading this book and watching them on tv I have started making my own laundry detergent and soon I'm going to do the dryer sheets that they have listed on their website. Unwind by Neal Shusterman

This book was extremely good. I'm very picky about giving out my four and five star ratings but this was difantely a 4 star for me. The only way I would have rated it a 5 star is if one of the characters were included in the end with the rest of them. I loved the futuriest aspect of the story. The whole Unwinding process and the clappers was so funny but yet so weird. Definately made me want to read more of Shusterman's books. Great read and would recommended it to everyone!

Skillet Concert...

So we went to a Skillet concert Sunday, May 24th and it was so awesome. Decyfer Down and Disciple were there as well. We enjoyed the concert very much. Jamie had been telling me for about a month now that he wanted to go to a Skillet concert for his birthday (which is June 12th) and we were wanting to go to one on May 21st in Charleston, SC but we couldn't afford it so we didn't get to go. Then his mom asked me what he wanted for his birthday and I told her Skillet tickets so she bought us tickets. :) It was so fun, a BIG THANK YOU to Cindy!

I didn't really get any good pictures of the bands even though we had really good seats but I did get alot of pictures of the crazy amounts of lights that Skillet had. It was so awesome! And a few of Jamie and I as well...Jamie and I bought two shirts and a cd at the concert. He got a Skillet shirt that's their tour shirt. And I got a Disciple shirt cause I thought it was pretty. haha. It was the last night of the tour so they were pulling pranks on each other so it was overall a really fun experience. Jamie loved it!

Enjoy!

7. Your classic rock station plays the top songs of all time. What is number one? It wouldn't be classic rock. Maybe Christian Rock and it'd probably be one of Skillet's songs.

The Innocent by Harlan Coben

I gave this book 4 stars. I loved this book. All the twist and turns in it kept me to where I couldn't put it down. I was so amazed at all the events leading up to the end. Definately one of my favorites by Coben. A must read.

Saturday 9: Hot Fun In the Summertime

Saturday 9: Hot Fun in the Summertime

1. Is summer your favorite season? Why? No way...It's to hot...You can only take off so much clothing and you'll still be hot! YUCK!
2. Do you exercise more in the summer because you wear less clothing? No...that's a doubt reason to exercise more.
3. Do you enjoy tanning or are you more concerned about the dangers of basking in the sun? I use to tan really easy but when I was 10 I got a really bad case of sun poison. And now I can't tan at all. But that's okay cause I won't be near as wrinkly later on in life.
4. You are on the beach when a waiter appears for your drink order. What do you ask for? Some water or Mt. Dew. Both with lots of ice in the cup.
5. Do you camp in the summertime? NO...I mean as a kid I would go to camp one week out of the summer but as far as pitching a tent and sleeping on the ground...No way.
6. What was your favorite summer vacation as a kid? We use to go to Topsail Island every May and September. Those were the days...Love that beach.
7. Do you enjoy sleeping outdoors? No...I enjoy sleeping in my comfy bed very much!
8. Do you throw a summer barbecue every year? No...I don't know if I've ever thrown a summer barbecue...Maybe that's something we'll have to do this year.
9. Have you ever been to a nude beach? If yes, what did you think? Um...no way!

Laundry Detergent...

I made some powdered laundry detergent last night. I think we'll keep making the powdered kind instead of liquid. We have a coffee can that we've got it in. I'd love to make enough for the coffee can to be full (it's about a 4th full now) and see how long a whole container last us. It's awesome to be saving money and to not have to worry about coming up with $$ to buy detergent cause it's crazy how much that stuff cost. Anyhow, just thought I'd share that I like the powdered detergent better.

Friday Fill-Ins: #125

1. Moving is actually okay...It's the packing that bites!
2. Stupidity free.
3. My best quality is hum...I'm loving I guess...I don't hold grudges.
4. A bunch of details.
5. In nearly 10 years, I'll be almost to the top of the hill (36 years old in 10 years - whew glad it's not yet!).
6. To read is what I need right now!
7. And as for the weekend, tonight I'm looking forward to making laundry detergent and relaxing, tomorrow my plans include doing laundry and packing and Sunday, I want to going to church and then leaving for Greenville, SC - going to a Skillet concert and super excited (I said that in my best valley girl accent)!

Medical Update

Well, my CT scan went okay yesterday. I cried of course when they put the IV in me but what's new. The results were normal. But they still want me to see a neurologist because of my head ache. Pretty much I have a headache around the clock. And it's usually on the left side of my face so maybe that plays into me losing my vision. I just want them to figure it out and hopefully be able to tell me why my head hurts all the time. I'm going to set up an appointment with them next week. Thanks for the thoughts and prayers. I'll keep you updated.

New Background...

My new background is to congradulate all the people graduating in 2009!!! My sisters are two of them! :) Congrat's Graduates!

Medical Issues...

So back when I was at the beach my grandma and I walked a few blocks to this store. While we were in there my left eye went blind. You know how you look at a light and you see spots? It was like that but my whole eye was covered. I could close my left eye and see fine out of my right eye. But it was definately weird. It lasted about five minutes and then went away. So I thought I'll mention that to my eye doctor next month when I go. Well, about a week later I was sitting in my recliner and it happened again. My left eye went compeletely blind but this time it was only for a minute or two. Still freaky. Fast forward to last week. I went to my eye doctor for my regular visit. I asked him about it and he looked at the inside and outside of my eye and said they were both healthy. And that I needed to schedule an appointment with my regular doctor ASAP. That I might have a TIA. So I went this morning to my regular doctor. He scheduled an MRI for me at 3:30pm today. I can't until after that so now I'm starving because I haven't ate anything all day. Anyhow, my regular doctor said from my MRI I'd either go to a neurologist or an eye specialist. I may hear something tonight or tomorrow. If not then I go back to the doctor on Tuesday at 8am. We'll see. Please just keep me in your prayers. Thanks!

The Pagan Stone by Nora Roberts

This book was harder then the other two books for me to get into. I couldn't believe it took me so long to read it, almost two weeks. Mainly it was hard to get into because I was so deep into the series and wondering what was going to happen that I started dreaming about it. Not good. But once I kind of let myself rest from the series for a little bit and didn't read as much for a few days and got back into it. I loved how it ended. And I'm glad I read the series. I would give it 3 and a half stars if I could.

Weigh-In Day...and Laundry

Again...But today I also took measurements as well...Anyhow, I lost a pound this week and then I lost two inches on my legs and waist. And a half inch on my neck. My legs are what I want to lose the inches on...Anyhow, just thought I'd share my success! :)

And my husband joined SparkPeople so that's inspired me to try harder too and I've started logging my food like I should have been doing all along.

So we made our own laundry detergent a little over a week ago...It works wonderfully. I think next time we'll do the powder laundry but it's such a savings in money. I mean you pay $9 for a box of Gain that does 40 loads of laundry. We paid probably about $7 or $8 for all the items to make the laundry and it'll make more then just one mix of the laundry detergent and the homemade detergent will probably do at least 80 loads of laundry. SAVINGS!!!

Preston Loyd

I've been meaning to post this on my blog. I need everyone to pray for this little boy. He's a local boy who was outside playing when his grandfather, who didn't know he was outside, ran over him with a lawnmower. He's 4 years old and he's fighting to live. But his family is amazing and trusting in God. You can visit his Caring Bridge page here.... http://caringbridge.org/visit/prestonloyd

Please add this precious little boy to your prayer list and pass this information along. Thanks so much! :)

The Hollow by Nora Roberts

This book was pretty good. It wasn't as good as the first book, Blood Brothers, but I loved Fox and Lalya. And I loved them falling in love. My favorite part of the book was probably the part where they were all six attacked at the same time. I thought that was pretty cool. I can't wait to see what the next book has in store.

I rated this book a 3 star. Book number 24...Moving on to book 25...

Blood Brothers by Nora Roberts

This is the kind of Nora Roberts book that I like. I don't mind a little romance in a book but I want there to be a story line other then the romance. This book had me from the start and I can't wait to read the second and third books in the series. The theme of the books kind of reminds me of her other books Born In Series. But I really liked Cal and Quinn and all the characters. A wonderful and quick read. I would have gave it 3 and a half stars if the half stars were allowed.

That makes 23 of the 50 books I want to read in 2009. Almost half way there and it's only April...Maybe if I reach 50 I'll extend my goal to 75. That would be amazing. There are so many good books out there and so little time...Now on to the 24th book.

So I joined Twitter...

Yep...I caved into the new thread that everyone is doing...Twitter...If you want to follow me on Twitter my name over there is MrsKasiLou. Happy following...hehe

My Hand Came Away Red by Lisa McKay & 100th Post!!!

WOW is the best word to describe this book. I actually gave it five stars and I'm very picky with what books get my five stars...It's that good. It's amazing and although the characters are fiction the fighting in Ambon is so real. Through the whole book I was just amazed at the choices this group of teens had to make. Although I wished Cori and Kyle had of ended up a couple it was okay in the end. This is one of the few books I was happy with the ending. I can't wait to see what Lisa McKay comes out with next.
I think it's so fitting that such a wonderful book review is also my 100th post on here. This is my 100th post on here and my 22nd book of the year! I'm well on my way to my goal I think. Hope everyone has a wonderful Sunday!

Saturday 9: Almost Famous

Saturday 9: Almost Famous
1. Have you ever been told that you look like some famous? Nope.
2. Name a celebrity that shares your birthday. I know it says name a celebrity, but when I looked it up I found two that I wanted to list: Clark Gable and Pauly Shore.
3. Tell us about your first kiss. I don't remember my first kiss kiss as much as I remember my first kiss with my husband. He'd been chasing me for about a year and a half wanting me to date him and I finally decided to give him a chance to date me...Who knew we'd be married years later...Anyhow, our first kiss I was sitting on the hood of his jeep and he was standing in front of me. When he kissed me he bit my bottom lip and I actually had a bruise on it the next day. You couldn't see the bruise as much as I could feel it.
4. When you meet someone attractive, what do you notice first? Eyes, how they stand, and smile.

8. What really annoys you? Stupid people whether that be stupid people driving or stupid people in a store who can't control their children or stupid people that try to start crap. Oh and another thing that annoys me is when I'm OCD about something and someone else does it and it isn't right.
